About the opportunity
The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of Australian Childhood Foundation’s digital presence. You’ll support own brand and organisational vision including online planning, creating, and optimising organic social content and paid digital campaigns that connect, inspire, and drive real impact.
Working closely with the Digital Engagement Lead and Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver smart, creative strategies that boost awareness, spark meaningful engagement, grow advocacy and fundraising, and expand participation in our professional education programs. You’ll be the voice behind our social channels, building and engaging vibrant online communities across key platforms, while ensuring everything we share reflects our brand, values, and commitment to safeguarding. From ideating and curating content to managing the social calendar, moderating conversations, and launching paid campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping how audiences experience our work.
This role is perfect for someone who loves mixing creativity with data. You’ll track performance, uncover insights, and continuously refine what we do, testing new ideas, optimising campaigns, and learning what resonates most. While the Digital Engagement Lead drives the broader digital ecosystem, you’ll collaborate closely to amplify campaigns, grow audiences, and ensure our social and paid channels work together to deliver maximum impact.
If you’re a creative thinker, a digital native, and someone who wants their work to make a difference, this role is made for you.
